This site tells brand owners who we are and how to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract: work is agreed in writing, separately.

Use it lawfully, send us true enquiries, and respect our name and mark. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read and quote it.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of nevaehfirstsource.com, run by Nevaeh First Source Solutions Private Limited (NFSS, “we”), Corporate Identity Number U37200UR2017PTC010550. By using the site you agree to them. They are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no signature.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data, and forms part of these terms.

Information, not an offer

The site describes our company, our units and the work we do, in general terms. It is not an offer to make, pack or supply anything, and it does not state prices, capacities or delivery times.

Any work we do for you is governed by a written agreement or purchase order signed by both sides. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.

Registration and licence numbers are published so that buyers and auditors can check them. Verify any of them with the issuing authority before relying on it.

Using the site

You may read, print and share pages of the site, and link to any of them.

Search engines, AI assistants and their crawlers may crawl, index, summarise and quote the site, and use it to answer questions about NFSS, provided they do not present it as anyone else’s.

You must not:

  • send an enquiry in someone else’s name, or one you know to be false;
  • try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
  • use the site to send spam or anything unlawful, harmful or infringing;
  • copy the site’s design or our mark to pass something off as ours.

What you send us

Tell us the truth in an enquiry, and send only details you are entitled to share.

We treat product specifications and business details sent in an enquiry as confidential, and use them only to answer you and to discuss the work. If a brief is sensitive, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement before you send it.

We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.

Our name, mark and content

The NFSS name, the triangle mark and the content of this site belong to NFSS. Printers, partners and clients reproducing the mark should follow the brand guidelines.

The names and logos of brands we work for belong to them, and are shown with their agreement.

Our responsibility

We keep the site accurate and working, but provide it as it is, without any promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
